LifeGuard Elite begins with a 30-minute initial consultation to discuss your medical and neurological concerns. Based on this consultation, we perform the NutrEval, GI Effects, and Elisa LRA tests.
Once the results are available, a 60-minute follow-up meeting is scheduled to review the findings in detail and provide personalized recommendations for nutrition and supplements. This approach ensures a comprehensive understanding of your metabolic and digestive health for optimal wellness.
The program concludes with an additional 30-minute meeting to review your new dietary plan and address any remaining questions.

No, this program is not covered by insurance. But you can use HSA or FSA accounts to pay for this program
How do I collect my samples?
You will receive video instructions with walk through each laboratory kit with details instruction on how to prepare for the collection
LifeGuard testing does not require laboratory appointment and can be done in the comfort of your home. Some of the tests in LifeGuard Plus (Nutreval and Elisa ACT) does require laboratory appointment for a draw and preparation. GI effects is a home based test.
How long does it take to get results back?
Typical turn around for the tests is 3-4 weeks
